Set of Elegant Museum Display Cabinets Handmade for Mata Hari Exhibit
Date: 1996
Dimensions: H 89 cm W 250 cm D 77 cm
Shipping: On Request

These display cabinets were custom-made for an exhibit about the famous exotic dancer and spy Mata Hari. They were used to safely show a collection of valuable artifacts connected to Mata Hari. The Frisian Museum dedicated a special room to her and had these cabinets made by Dutch artist. The yellow velvet lining on the outside and pale blue velvet lining on the inside combined with the elegant female legs make for a stunning set to showcase a valuable collection. The cabinets are made from cherry wood.

Inside measurements: H 13 cm, W 234 cm, D 55 cm.

The display cases are also offered separate but I prefer to sell them as a set. Single cabinet available for $ 4,200.
Absolutely thrilled when I came across these. Be sure to check out the third unique Tête à Tête cabinet that was also part of the exhibition.
