Victorian H.D. Bentley swivel oak piano stool with four cast iron birds talon feet holding a glass ball.
This oak piano stool is in its original condition, with a seat restoration under the seat.
Seat is adjustable in height from 48cm (18.8") to 62cm (24.4").
Sturdy and very useable as stool, but also nice to use as 'plant stand' in its highest position.
H.D. Bentley was born in Yorkshire, England in 1851. He came to America in that same year and began making piano stools in the late 19th century.
