Large lot of more than 100 vintage and antique taxidermy moulds or forms.
Lots of different sizes, some heads, some heads with neck and some head/neck/shoulder forms.
Made of papier mache or plaster.
13 pieces are completely made of papier mache finished with a plaster layer, they are lightweight and hollow.
Some of them are signed inside with a (unreadable) name and a number.
The rest is either a combination of papier mache, wood, fabric and plaster or completely solid plaster and heavy.
Colours vary from off-white to light warm grey. Pictures are a pretty good reference in colour.
This collection was part of the MOA museum exhibition 'Tier' in the Netherlands.
A huge collection to create a spectacular wall or cabinet shelf decoration.
